Two C-SPIN students awarded Best In Session Awards at TECHCON 2014

(09/11/2014) - At the 2014 TECHCON Conference two C-SPIN students were awarded Best in Session Awards for their presentations.

Danru Qu of Johns Hopkins University was the best presentation in the session entitled: Spin Materials and Devices I for her poster, A Novel Method to Determine the Spin Hall Angle and Spin Diffusion Length.

Tim Lovorn of the University of Alabama was the best presentation in the session, Spin Materials and Devices with his poster, Electron Transport Parallel to Topological Insulator/Ferromagnet Interfaces.
